The Nutcracker Panto!

In The Land of Make Believe, the evil Verruca, King of the Demon Rats, who despises all things Christmassy, makes The Land of Sweets the first target of his vengeance. But standing in his way is brave Prince Loveheart and his troop of Jelly Babies. Soon Verruca is defeated and he stumbles back to his lair, vowing direst revenge. And that promised revenge soon makes its threat real, in the guise of his equally evil wife, Miasma the Mouse Queen. Soon she and Verruca’s henchmen, the half-baked Squeakle and Snide, will turn the tables on Our Brave Prince…! Or will the Sugar Plum Fairy, Doctor Rainbow and our heroine Clara defeat her and Verruca for once and for all? Find out in this brand new Pantomime, freely adapted from the story by E.T.A. Hoffmann and Tchaikovsky’s famous ballet, The Nutcracker.
